Enjoy a refreshing Smoked Salmon Mixed Salad, delicate Steamed Prawn and Spinach Dumpling, or tender Pork Loin with Pineapple & Plum sauce, paired with Silks’ signature Prawn Fried Rice. Finish on a sweet note with a silky New-style Mango Pudding.
