New Changes

Important Changes to the Crown Rewards Program

Effective from Wednesday 1 October 2025, the following changes will be made to the Crown Rewards Program¹:

Extended Membership Cycle
We're extending the Membership Cycle from 6 to 12 months.

Hotel Status Credit Earn Rate
We’re changing how you earn Status Credits for Crown hotel stays. Now, every time you accumulate 1,000 Points during your stay (previously 1,500 Points), you’ll earn 1 Status Credit.

Updated Tier Thresholds
To reflect the new 12-month Membership Cycle, we’ve refreshed our Tier threshold to Status Credit requirements² per below:

  • Member Tier: (N/A)
  • Silver Tier: 10 Status Credits
  • Gold Tier: 80 Status Credits
  • Platinum Tier: 300 Status Credits
  • Black Tier: (By Invitation)

Terms & Conditions

1. Subject to Crown Rewards rules.
2. Minimum Status Credits required for Tier status. Status Credits must be earned within the 12 months Membership Cycle. Members will be reallocated to the appropriate Tier if a Member does not meet the minimum entry level requirements of their current Tier level at the end of the Membership Cycle of 12 months.

How do I join Crown Rewards?

Simply download the Crown app to fast track your Crown Rewards Membership or visit a Crown Rewards desk at Crown Perth with Acceptable Identification to complete a Membership application. For more information click here. 

What are the forms of Acceptable Identification at Crown?

Acceptable Identification includes:

  • Australian Driver's Licence/Learner's permit
  • New Zealand Driver's Licence/Learner's permit
  • Australian Passport
  • Foreign Passport
  • Australian Immicard

How can I access the Crown Rewards Member Hub online?

Simply have your Crown Rewards Membership Card on hand and call us on 1300 8 CROWN or visit a Crown Rewards Desk to receive your online password.

How do I earn Crown Rewards Points?

It’s simple to earn Points with Crown Rewards, just show your card at participating outlets when you make a purchase. For more information on how you can earn Points, click here.

How do I redeem Crown Rewards Points?

Using your Crown Rewards Points to pay is easy. Just show your Card when you pay at Participating Facilities, and the Points will be deducted from your Account balance. For more information on how you can redeem Points, click here.

Where can I use my Crown Rewards Card?

You can use your Card at participating restaurants, bars, hotels and more, every time you visit Crown. Plus, your card can be used at both Crown Perth, Crown Melbourne and Crown Sydney so you can make the most of your Crown Rewards Membership. 

What can I use my Crown Rewards Points for?

Points can be used to pay for almost everything at Crown Perth and Crown Melbourne, like shopping, dining, gaming, hotel stays and much more. 

What if I don't have enough Points to make a purchase?

You can make a purchase using a combination of Points and other forms of payment like cash and all major credit cards.

How do I find out my Crown Rewards balance?

You can check your Crown Rewards balance online (once you have registered) or at any Voucher Issuance Kiosk (VIK) located on the Casino floor. You can also enquire at any Crown Rewards desk or at any participating facilities at Crown.

How do I update my Crown Rewards details?

Making changes to your personal profile is simple. Just log in to the secure section of the Crown Rewards Member Hub online and select ‘Account Details’.

How do I change my password?

Changing your password is easy. Simply log in to the secure section of the Crown Rewards Member Hub online and select ‘Password’.

What if I forget my password?

If you've forgotten your password, we can email a temporary password to you. Simply call us on 1300 8 CROWN or visit a Crown Rewards desk.

What if I lose my Card?

If your Card is lost or stolen, let us know as soon as possible by calling us on 1300 8 CROWN or visiting a Crown Rewards desk.
