Menu
authentic Thai flavours
The Fireback menu heroes the essence of Thai cooking - bright herbs, aromatic spices and the smoky depth of open flame grilling. Authentic yet modern, every dish is bold, vibrant and full of character.
With the Josper grill front and centre, expect flame‑kissed favourites like West Australian King Prawns and char‑grilled eggplant. Small plates shine too - from the aromatic Larb Nuea Wagyu to Miang Kham, a one‑bite pomelo salad with toasted coconut and ginger on betel leaves.
The signature Fireback‑style Dry Green Curry and wok‑tossed classic Phad Thai deliver the ultimate Thai comfort, while refreshing desserts like mango sticky rice with coconut cream offer the perfect finish to your Southeast Asian feast.
Alongside the à la carte offering, Fireback also features curated set menu options, perfect for guests wanting a guided taste of its signature dishes and contemporary Thai flavours.
