Crown Spa

A spa is a place designed for relaxation and rejuvenation, offering treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies to restore balance and wellbeing. 

Crown offers a range of spa experiences and packages, including signature massages, facials, full body treatments, and promotional packages during seasonal events. Each is tailored to provide ultimate relaxation and renewal. 

Spa treatments can relieve stress, improve circulation, hydrate skin, and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. Visiting a day spa can promote physical health, as well as improve your mental wellbeing. 

Most treatments range from 60 to 90 minutes, with Wellness Experiences going for 120 minutes or more. Crown Spa also offers pregnancy treatment options and Enhancement packages that go for a shorter time.

Pregnancy treatments are available upon booking. Please inform us when booking so we can recommend safe, relaxing options. Crown Spa is only able to perform treatments on expectant mothers during the second and third trimesters of a pregnancy to ensure the safety of both mother and baby. Please note that for guests in their third trimester, a medical certificate from your doctor approving treatment is required. 

Our spa is designed for adults seeking tranquillity. Guests under 18 may require parental consent or supervision for certain treatments. Please check when booking. 

Please note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted at Crown Spa, including the Aqua Retreats.

Crown Perth Spa is open daily, with hours opening hours from Sunday to Thursday: 9am - 5pm and Friday to Saturday: 9am - 6pm. For the most up-to-date times, please visit here or contact the spa directly. 

Comfort is key. Robes, slippers, and towels are provided, so you only need to bring personal essentials. Come dressed in attire that is convenient to change over from. Note: Swimwear may be required for certain facilities. 

We welcome guests to book in advance to secure your preferred reservation time and date. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Complimentary four hour valet parking is included with all one hour or more treatments excluding in-house guests.

We recommend that you arrive 60 minutes prior to your treatment to start your spa journey in the Aqua Retreat. If you are delayed, please remember your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to the next guest.

Crown Spa promotes an environment of tranquillity and relaxation. In respect of the environment and the experience of others, we ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone within Crown Spa. Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of your spa treatment.

The Aqua Retreats have designated male and female areas. These areas are a shared space with other guests and staff, we ask that you wear swimwear and use the towels, robes and slippers provided when moving around these areas. Due to the health and safety of our guests and staff, no alcohol or glassware is permitted in the Crown Spa Aqua Retreat facilities.

Aqua Retreat facilities are not available to hair, makeup, and salon service bookings.

To change or cancel a booking, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. To cancel a booking of four or more guests, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full.

At Crown Spa, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care and safety for our guests. We are only able to perform treatments on expectant mothers during the second and third trimester of a pregnancy to ensure the safety of both mother and baby. Our Spa hosts would be delighted to recommend a speciality treatment. (As duty of care, guests in 3rd trimester require a letter of clearance from doctor or midwife).

If you are undergoing intensive medical treatment or have a serious health condition, we kindly request that you let us know before booking and provide a written authorisation from your doctor. This helps us ensure your comfort and safety and allows our therapists to tailor your experience with care and consideration.
