Jenny Lam, the creative force behind Perth favourites Bunn Mee and previously, Phat Lon, is bringing her passion and heritage to Crown’s Urban Food District with an exciting new concept - Saigon Story.

More than a place to eat; it’s a celebration of culture, flavour, and connection. Inspired by the vibrant streets of Saigon, this new venue brings authentic Vietnamese dishes to life in a modern, welcoming space that’s all about good food and good company.

From the ultimate comfort of Phở and crispy Bánh Mì to the iconic Cà Phê Sữa Đá, Saigon Story is crafted with care and passion using local ingredients wherever possible.

Conditions of Entry

At Crown Perth, patrons under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Surcharge

A 10% surcharge applies on Saturdays. A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 20% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 20% applies if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). A 1.15% surcharge applies to all payments made via credit cards.

Allergies & dietary requests

While Crown Perth will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients.

Seafood country of origin

Crown participates in country of origin labelling for seafood. Due to a temporary shortage or change in our seafood supply, the seafood’s country of origin may change. Further information can be found at the restaurant.
