Yes, you must present a valid Crown Metropol Pool Pass to access the Crown Metropol Pool. Your Pool Pass will be issued after you have dined and paid for your Dine & Unwind experience and will be required for entry.

One Crown Metropol Pool Pass allows access for one person (and up to 4 children subject to the conditions below).

What if I have to cancel my Pool Pass booking?
Credit card details are required to secure your Pool Pass reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact Crown Perth at least 24 hours prior to your reservation or click modify/ cancel reservation in your email confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged $20 per person booked. Non-arrivals will incur a charge of $20 per person booked.

Yes, Crown Metropol Pool Pass holders are welcome to bring their children, to a maximum of 4 children per adult. Children 0 – 12 months are complimentary, 1 – 12 years are $29 per child, payable on entry. Children 13 years and older are only permitted with their own Crown Metropol Pool Pass obtained through the purchase of a Dine & Unwind experience. Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

- Outdoor waterslides are unavailable Monday to Thursday
- Advance bookings are required and are subject to availability.
- Walk-ins will not be accepted. Please book here.
- Pool pass cancellation policy applies. Credit card details are required to secure your Pool Pass reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged $20 per person booked. Non-arrivals will incur a charge of $20 per person booked.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- Pool Pass must be presented and surrendered upon arrival to gain access.
- Pool Pass entitles entry for one guest only to the Crown Metropol Pool on the day of booking.
- The Crown Metropol Pool Pass may only be redeemed once guests have dined and paid for their Dine & Unwind experience and received the Pool Pass from the participating restaurant. Separate pool terms of entry apply.
