Overview
The World's Best Female Chef
One of the world’s most celebrated and dynamic culinary talents is coming to Crown Perth. Crowned The World’s Best Female Chef 2025 and Asia’s Best Female Chef 2024, Chef Pam is set to open Khao San Sek in 2027.
Opening my first Australian restaurant is incredibly meaningful. My current venues are about respecting the foundations of Thai cuisine and expressing them in a modern and personal way. Australia's beautiful local produce makes it the perfect destination for this next chapter.

Restaurant
Khao San Sek
Chef Pam shares a deep connection with Australia, and through this, a vibrant, ingredient-driven destination. The concept will explore five “sacred ingredients” while showcasing Western Australia’s finest produce. The menu is designed for sharing, featuring moments of theatre throughout.
Inspired by Chef Pam's Bangkok venue of the same name on Song Wat Road, the menu brings bold flavours and high-energy hospitality together with premium Australian produce. Khao San Sek will elevate Thai cuisine, offering guests an experience that is both refined and approachable.
