Delight your every sense as you begin your experience sampling Chef creations showcasing the finest of ingredients including Caramelised Onion Tartlet with Confit Cherry Tomato & Basil Pesto, Petite Beef Wellington with Truffle Mushroom Purée & Prosciutto, and an assortment of gourmet sandwiches. Followed by exquisitely hand-crafted patisserie treats from Raspberry Tartlet with Yuzu Gel to Mini Mango & Pineapple Gateaux, plus more.
