Lunch Terms & Conditions

  • $69 Signature Lunch with Pool Pass is available Tuesday 13 January until Thursday 2 April, excluding public holidays and 14 February 2026.

  • Restricted to groups of 12 or less.

Pool Pass Terms & Redemption Process

  • Offer Period 1: If you dined between Tuesday 23 September to Friday 12 December 2025, Pool Pass is redeemable for one person, once, Monday to Thursday between 5 to 26 February 2026. 
  • Offer Period 2: If you dined between Tuesday 13 January to Thursday 2 April 2026, Pool Pass is redeemable for one person, once, Monday to Thursday from 5 February to 2 April or 20 April to 7 May 2026.
  • Outdoor waterslides are unavailable Monday to Thursday
  • Advance bookings are required and are subject to availability.
  • Walk-ins will not be accepted. Please book here.
  • Pool pass cancellation policy applies. Credit card details are required to secure your Pool Pass reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged $20 per person booked. Non-arrivals will incur a charge of $20 per person booked.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  • Pool Pass must be presented and surrendered upon arrival to gain access.
  • Pool Pass entitles entry for one guest only to the Crown Metropol Pool on the day of booking.
  • Guest can only redeem the Pool Pass only once they have dined and paid for $69 Signature Lunch and have received the Pool Pass from the restaurant they have dined in.
  • Separate pool terms of entry apply.
  • For children 12 years and under, refer to Children Pool Pass Access below.
  • No external food or beverages permitted.

Children Pool Pass Access

  • Crown Metropol Pool Pass holders (over 18 years old) are welcome to bring their children, maximum of 4 children per adult. Children’s Pricing Guide:
    • 0 – 12 months | Complimentary
    • 1 – 12 years | $25 per child, payable on entry

    • 13 years and older | Only permitted with their own Crown Metropol Pool Pass obtained from the purchase of a $69 Signature Lunch

  • Children under 18 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
