19 June - 18 July
For the first time in Perth, Crown warmly welcomes GREEK by George Calombaris for a limited-time residency.
Inspired by the sun‑soaked energy of the Cyclades Islands, GREEK blends laid‑back luxury with vibrant hospitality.
Designed for sharing, the menu celebrates traditional flavours with a contemporary twist. Highlights include warm Saganaki Cream Tart, WA Marron Kritharaki with Stracciatella, BBQ Fremantle Octopus with spicy Green Latholemono, and the classic BBQ Lamb Cutlets, Beetroot and Yoghurt.
Located in Crown Metropol lobby within the Crown Perth Residency space, GREEK evokes the nostalgia of Yiayia’s cooking, memories of a sun‑kissed European summer, and the unmistakable energy of modern dining.
Secure your seat and get ready for a Greek feast.

At the heart of it all is a love for Greek cooking - the flavours, stories and family connections that defined his upbringing.
