Crown is bringing the charm of the South West to Perth for a limited time, with Yarri Restaurant + Bar taking residence in a celebration of seasonal produce and the ingredients that make the region unique due to its coastal influence.
Straight from Dunsborough - the gateway to the Margaret River region, Yarri delivers a modern Australian dining experience that is guided by the seasons, their expansive local garden and fellow Western Australian makers. Yarri will offer two menu experiences during its residency. The first will run until 15 August, followed by the second from 18 August to 5 September, providing the opportunity to showcase this shift in seasonality on the plate.
Yarri blends premium, ethically sourced WA ingredients with the chef's artistry, showcasing the best the region has to offer. Expect sensational produce, creative presentation, exceptional Snake + Herring wines, and a curated selection of local beers and cocktails, all designed to capture the spirit of the South West.

Taste of seasonality, subtlety & authenticity
Yarri’s menu offers a genuine taste of South West seasonality, with dining experiences ranging from a two or three-course set menu for lunch, and a three or six-course set menu for dinner, highlighting best in the region at present. Over the course of the six-week residency, the menu will be updated at the halfway point, allowing for new seasonal dishes and an ever-evolving experience.
Each dish has been designed to highlight the best of Western Australia, from delicate kingfish and rich lamb to vibrant vegetable-led plates.
Guided by a deep respect for produce and place, the menu celebrates premium native ingredients through a modern Australian lens. It’s a dining experience that will express creativity and connection in every course.

Aaron Carr
Aaron’s cooking is driven by a genuine passion for creating menus that reflect the natural beauty of Margaret River. Inspired by the region’s local produce, wineries, and coastal lifestyle, he focuses on simple, balanced dishes that let ingredients shine. His approach to “New Australian Cuisine” blends global influences with a strong sense of place.
After working with world-renowned chefs, Aaron built a celebrated career, earning Chef of the Year 2015 and national recognition for his work at Vasse Felix. Now Executive Chef at Yarri Restaurant + Bar, his food remains grounded in connection -to land, produce, and the shared experience of dining.

Your seats will be held for 15 minutes post your reservation booking time.

Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please refer to your confirmation SMS or email for simple adjustment options at least 12 hours prior to your reservation, or a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the card provided. For groups of 10 or more, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.

A 10% surcharge applies on Saturdays. A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 20% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 20% applies if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). A 1.15% surcharge applies to all payments made via credit cards.
