Silks Tasting Menu is a curation of signature dishes, showcasing the epitome of Cantonese dining fused with exquisite local produce.
Journey the authentic flavours and techniques that celebrate ancient Chinese traditions as you taste your way through the decadent menu.
Begin with the Crispy Rice Paper Prawn Roll and Peking Duck Pancake, alongside the Supreme Dim Sum Selection.
The main course represents the importance of sharing in Chinese dining, as you share amongst your loved ones in the richness of the Wok Fried Beef Fillet with Honey Pepper Sauce, Peking Pork Loin, Crispy Squid with Chilli Sea Salt served with the specialty Seafood Fried Rice.
Complete with a flavourful creation for dessert featuring Matcha Green Tea Cake, Coconut Lemongrass Cream, Mandarin with an Exotic Fruit Sorbet.
