Mother's Day calls for an afternoon of elegance, indulge in a decadent Afternoon Tea, amongst the stunning surrounds of Silks. Delight in the vibrant Cantonese flavour that you know and love, with a bold Afternoon Tea twist unlike any other.
Enjoy two tiers for $88 per person. Begin with refined savouries including pepper filet steak nestled in a charcoal bun, garlic butter king prawns, deep-fried coconut milk, and delicately steamed red bean balls finished with cashew.
The experience continues with a beautiful array of desserts, from a lemon and passionfruit frangipane tart and white chocolate strawberry crisp, to Earl Grey choux with mandarin and a layered green tea and pineapple cake with honey crémeux and yuzu gel. The afternoon is perfectly completed with black sesame scones, with apricot jam and clotted cream, a graceful tribute to Mum on her special day.
