Every Sunday, 2.30pm - 5pm
Silks' Afternoon Tea will be available on Mother's Day 12 May for $69* per person, or $79* per person with a glass of sparkling wine or a selected cocktail.
When the weekend calls for an afternoon of elegance, indulge in a decadent Afternoon Tea, amongst the stunning surrounds of Silks. Delight in the vibrant Cantonese flavour that you know and love, with a bold Afternoon Tea twist unlike any other.
Begin with savoury delights that come straight from the wok including the Chinese Style Cumin Lamb Served within a Bun, alongside Crispy Kataifi Prawn with Chilli Mayonnaise, Crispy Pork Belly with Truffle Mayonnaise, Deep Fried Milk Bar and Fried Beetroot Sesame Ball.
Then make your way around the basket to an assortment of delightfully bright sweets, from the Dark Chocolate and Lemon Lavender Pear, Green Tea Mango Cake and White Chocolate Blackberry Sphere.
Your treats are paired with a Butterfly Honey Lemon Tea that changes colour right before your eyes as you drop in the lemon.

*Silks Afternoon Tea is available every Sunday 2.30pm – 5pm. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% applies if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). A 1.15% surcharge applies to all payments made via credit cards. Menu is subject to change. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Some date exclusions may apply. Not valid with any other offer or discount.
