One of Australia’s most popular chefs, Guillaume Brahimi realised his passion for cooking at an early age. As a young man he trained at three-star Michelin restaurants ‘La Tour D'argent’ and ‘Jamin’ in Paris, before moving to Australia.
Having received many awards and accolades for his ‘Pond’ and ‘Quay’ restaurants, Guillaume opened his highly-acclaimed restaurant, ‘Guillaume at Bennelong’ in Sydney in 2001. The restaurant currently holds two Chef Hats in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide, with a rating of 17/20 and also holds a 3-star rating in the Gourmet Traveller’s Restaurant Guide.
Today, you can enjoy Guillaume’s creations at a host of restaurants in Sydney, Melbourne and at Bistro Guillaume in Perth.
