But when a jealous, mischievous elf sets out to sabotage the handover, Santa’s Workshop must work together to save Christmas before time runs out.

Children's policy
Children's policy
Infants under the age of 2 years are admitted free but must be seated on the carer's lap for the duration of the performance.
Patrons with infants under 2 years of age must obtain a Babes in Arms ticket from the Ticketmaster Box Office on the day of the show.
All persons aged under 16, must be accompanied and seated alongside an adult from the same ticket transaction.
Latecomers policy
Latecomers policy
As a courtesy for the cast on stage, patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.

You may be unable to see the entire performance from the specified seat. Some elements of the production may be obstructed due to the position of the seat on the extreme sides of the auditorium.
