Conditions of entry

Conditions of Entry apply to all ticket holders and guests attending events at Crown Theatre. It is a condition of each ticket that at the time of attending Crown Perth for the event, each ticket holder must comply with the Western Australian Government’s directions and public health orders and Crown’s policies and procedures applicable at the time of entry. Unless otherwise required by law, refunds for tickets will not be provided as a result of changes to condition of entry. You can find the full Crown Theatre Conditions of Entry here.

Latecomers policy

Patrons arriving late or requiring re-entry will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.

Accessible tickets

Wheelchair and attendant seating can be purchased online, wheelchair suitable areas are indicated on the interactive map with the use of the wheelchair symbol. Please note that the venue removes seating to allow for a wheelchair to occupy that space. 

Patrons that require companion card or have other accessible requirements can follow the steps here. Companion cards tickets are only available for collection from the box office and will be issued upon presentation of the valid companion card. Companion cards must be identified at time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Patrons may also purchase accessible seating in person at the Crown Box Office, which is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Casting notice

The producers cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artist at any performance. No refunds or exchanges will be offered as a result of an artist’s unavailability to perform at any performance.

Children's policy

All persons under the age of 16 years must be accompanied and sat next to the accompanying adult from the same transaction

Infants under the age of 2 years are admitted free, but must be seated on the carer's lap for the duration of the performance. Babes in arms tickets are available from the box office or ushers on the day of the performance. In the event of your infant causing a disturbance, we ask that you temporarily remove the infant from the auditorium until they are settled.

Pretty Woman: The Musical contains explicit language, flashing lights, smoke and haze. It also contains mature themes, including prostitution, sexual references, and implied violence and nudity, so it may not be suitable for all audiences. Parental discretion is advised.
