Q. I’m not a member, how can I redeem the Birthday Offers?
A. To redeem the Birthday Offers, you must be a Crown Rewards member classed as ‘Full’.
You can join Crown Rewards to following ways:
Full Membership
- At any Crown Rewards desk
- With the help of a Crown Rewards staff member
The Birthday Offers will be available for you to redeem 48 hours after you become a Crown Rewards member classed as ‘Full’.
Q. When am I eligible for these offers?
A. Crown Rewards members will be eligible for the offers as per below:
2X Birthday Point Multiplier: you will be eligible for the 2X Birthday Point Multiplier from 6am on the first day of your birth month to 5.59am on the following day after the last day of your birth month. Example: In 2021, if a member’s birth month is August, the point multiplier will be available to from 6am on Sunday 1 August 2021 to 5.59am on Wednesday 1 September 2021.
Dining: offers will be available to be redeemed two weeks before the first day of your birth month, two weeks after the last day of your birth month and during your birth month as noted in the Crown Rewards database. Example: In 2021, if a member’s birth month is August, the offer will be available from Sunday 18 July 2021 to Tuesday 14 September 2021.
Hotels: offer is available to be used for stays two weeks before the first day of your birth month, two weeks after the last day of your birth month and during your birth month as noted in the Crown Rewards database. Example: In 2021, if a member’s birth month is August, the Offer will be available from Sunday 18 July 2021 to Tuesday 14 September 2021.
Note: The Dining and Hotel offers commence for Crown Rewards members whose birthday is in August.
Q. What am I eligible for?
A. A 2X Birthday Point Multiplier will be applied on all your points earned during your birth month.
Dining
Crown Rewards members are entitled to a dining discount based on their Crown Rewards Membership Tier seven days before the first day of the offer period on one transaction at Crown Perth restaurants Silks, Modo Mio, Atrium Buffet, Epicurean, Bistro Guillaume and Nobu:
Black & Platinum Tier members | 50% off up to $1,500 |
Gold Tier members | 25% off up to $750 |
Silver Tier members | 15% off up to $750 |
Member Tier members | 10% off up to $750 |

Crown Rewards members are entitled to receive the below based on their Crown Rewards Membership Tier as at the time the relevant hotel booking is made at Crown Promenade Perth, Crown Metropol Perth and Crown Towers Perth:

- Bottle of house sparkling wine on arrival to the relevant hotel room
- 12pm check out

Q. The Crown database has an incorrect date for my Birthday, what should I do?
A. If your Date of Birth in the Crown Rewards database is incorrect, you can only update this information in person at a Crown Rewards desk with a valid form of Appropriate Identification.
Q. What if my Birthday is on a Leap Year (29 February)?
A. If your birthday falls on 29 February, for all years that are not Leap Years, the offers will be based on the 28 February.

Q. My Birthday is in August, what dates can I book a Hotel to receive the Birthday Offer?
A. The Hotel offer is valid for stays two weeks before the first day of your birth month, two weeks after the last day of your birth month and during your birth month as noted in the Crown Rewards database.
Example: In 2021, as your Birthday is in August, you can book for stays between Sunday 18 July 2021 to Tuesday 14 September 2021.
Q. Which Hotel can I book?
A. You can book all hotels at Crown Perth, this includes Crown Towers Perth, Crown Metropol Perth and Crown Promenade Perth. Crown Melbourne and Crown Sydney Hotels are not included in this offer.
Q. Where can I book a Hotel room for the Birthday Offer?
A. You can only redeem the Hotel Birthday Offer via the Birthday Reservations Team. You can speak to a representative on 1800 88 99 88 between 7am and 6pm (WST), Monday to Friday.
Q. How many times can I use this offer?
A. You can only use the Hotel Birthday Offer once each birthday. A new offer period will commence for the next calendar year unless otherwise stated by Crown Perth. Example: In 2021, if a member’s birth month is August, the offer will be available from Sunday 18 July 2021 to Tuesday 14 September 2021. In 2022, a new offer period will commence Monday 18 July 2022 to Wednesday 14 September 2022.
Q. Can I use the Hotel offer for more than one night?
A. Yes, during your offer period, you can stay for multiple nights on one booking only.
Q. I’ve booked a Hotel room through a third party, can I still receive the Birthday Offer?
A. Only stays booked via the Birthday Reservations Team are eligible for the Hotel Birthday Offer. You can speak to a representative on 1800 88 99 88 between 7am and 6pm (WST), Monday to Friday.
Q. I’ve booked three nights at Crown Metropol, do I receive breakfast each morning?
A. Yes, for each morning of your stay you will receive a complimentary breakfast for two at the relevant restaurant.

Q. If I have already booked a stay, can I receive the Birthday Offer?
A. Only stays booked via the Birthday Reservations Team are eligible for the Hotel Birthday Offer. You can speak to a representative on 1800 88 99 88 between 7am and 6pm (WST), Monday to Friday.
Q. How early do I need to book?
A. The Birthdays Reservations Team can only take bookings for stays up to six months in advance. You can book your stay as early as it suits you during this time. Note, blackout periods or limited availability may apply to special event periods and public holidays. The offer is subject to availability.
Q. Is the offer available on all room types?
A. Yes, the Hotel offer is available on all room types at all Crown Perth Hotels.

Q. What are the participating restaurants for the Birthday Dining Offer?
A. Participating restaurants are Silks, Modo Mio, Atrium Buffet, Epicurean, Bistro Guillaume and Nobu at Crown Perth only.
Q. My Birthday is in August, what dates can I book a Restaurant to receive the Birthday Dining Offer?
A. Q. How many times can I use the Birthday Dining Offer?
A. You can only use the Birthday Dining Offer for one transaction each birthday period. A new offer period will commence for the next calendar year unless otherwise stated by Crown Perth.
Example: In 2021, if a member’s birth month is August, the offer will be available from Sunday 18 July 2021 to Thursday 14 September 2021.
Q. We have multiple people who have birthdays in one booking, can we stack the discounts?
A. The Birthday Dining Offer isn’t valid with any other offer or discount. You can only use one discount per transaction during the relevant offer period.
Q. Do I need to book at a restaurant to receive the Birthday Dining Offer?
A. You do not need to book a restaurant to receive the Birthday Dining Offer. During the offer period, you can visit a participating restaurant to redeem the restaurant offer by notifying a Host at the restaurant before you dine. You will also need to have your Crown Rewards card with you to redeem the offer.
Q. How does the Birthday Dining Offer work with my existing Crown Rewards Tier membership discount
A. The Birthday Dining Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. If you are eligible for the Birthday Dining Offer, you will have the option to use either the Birthday Dining Offer or your Crown Rewards Tier membership discount, not both. Example: During a transaction, if a Crown Rewards Gold Tier member uses the Birthday Dining Discount, the Gold Tier member pricing will be void for this transaction.
Q. Does this offer apply to breakfast, lunch and dinner?
A. Yes, the Birthday Dining Offer is valid for breakfast lunch and dinner. Note, some blackout periods apply to special event periods and public holidays.
Q. I’m not a member and my Birthday is in the current month, if I sign up when can I use the Birthday Dining Offer?
A. The Birthday Dining Offer will be available within 48 hours after the point of sign up as a Crown Rewards member classed as ‘Full’ as it takes time for the system to process. Provisional Crown Rewards members are not eligible for this offer.
Q. If I move tier in my birth month which Birthday Dining Offer am I eligible for?
A. Crown Rewards members are entitled to a Birthday Dining Offer based on their Crown Rewards Membership Tier seven days before the first day of the offer period.
Q. I can’t get a booking on the dates I want, can I make a booking outside of the offer period and use the Birthday Dining Offer?
A. To ensure all members receive an equal chance to experience the restaurants, the offer is only available during the relevant offer period.

Q. When is the 2X Birthday Point Multiplier?
A. The 2X Birthday Point Multiplier commences for relevant Crown Rewards members at 6am on the first day of their birth month to 5.59am on the following day after the last day of their birth month.
Example: In 2021, if a member’s birth month is August, the 2X Birthday Point Multiplier will be available from 6am on Sunday 1 August to 5.59pm on Wednesday 1 September 2021.
Q. Do I need to do anything to activate or register for the 2X Birthday Point Multiplier?
A. The 2X Birthday Point Multiplier will be automatically available for all eligible Crown Rewards members.
Q. When will I receive my multiplied points?
A. At the end of the relevant month the system will take some time to calculate and credit the points to your account. For this to be accurate, the process may take up to ten business days.
Q. Do the points I receive from the 2X Birthday Point Multiplier count towards my Status Credits?
A. The points you receive from the 2X Birthday Point Multiplier are credited to your account as bonus points and do not contribute to Status Credits or earned entries to promotions.
Q. If I sign up in the middle or end of my birth month will I still be eligible for the 2X Birthday Point Multiplier?
A. Yes, as long as you sign up as a Crown Rewards members classed as ‘Full’ before 11:59pm on the last day of your birth month you will receive the 2X Birthday Point Multiplier on all points earned in your birth month.
