Join us at Gladstones Wine Bar for an exclusive guided tasting to celebrate the launch of Plantagenet’s Wyjup 2026 collection.

Hosted by Plantagenet Head Winemaker, Mike Garland. Explore three curated Wyjup tasting flights featuring six wines, while discovering the rich heritage and craftsmanship behind one of Western Australia’s most acclaimed wine producers.

The Wyjup Collection is a rare, limited-release range, produced in small quantities with each bottle individually numbered. Available only through select premium on-premise venues and fine wine retailers, these wines are seldom seen and highly sought after.

Set within the venue that honours Dr John Gladstones - the visionary who helped establish Mount Barker as a world-class wine region, this intimate evening offers a rare opportunity to experience the latest Wyjup release in the place where the story began.

Mike Garland

Mike Garland has been part of the Plantagenet story since the late 1990s, building extensive experience across the Great Southern and internationally in Germany, with a particular focus on Riesling.

Today, as Head Winemaker, Mike continues to champion Plantagenet’s legacy, crafting elegant cool-climate wines that showcase the unique character of Mount Barker and the Great Southern.
