Your Crown Metropol Pool Pass can be redeemed Monday to Thursday, during either 13 October to 11 December 2025 or from Wednesday 4 February to 26 February 2026.

You must dine and pay for your $69 Signature Lunch before receiving, and being able to redeem, your Crown Metropol Pool Pass.

Yes, Crown Metropol Pool Pass holders are welcome to bring their children, to a maximum of 4 children per adult. Children 0 – 12 months are complimentary, 1 – 12 years are $25 per child, payable on entry. Children 13 years and older are only permitted with their own Crown Metropol Pool Pass obtained from the purchase of a $69 Signature Lunch. Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Yes, you can return on another day to use your Crown Metropol Pool Pass, after you have dined and paid for $69 Signature Lunch, provided that you use your Pool Pass within the eligible dates. Just remember to plan ahead and make a booking to use your Crown Metropol Pool Pass here.

Yes, you will only be granted access to the Crown Metropol pool upon presentation of your Crown Metropol Pool Pass which you will receive after you have dined and paid for the $69 Signature Lunch. 

One Crown Metropol Pool Pass allows access for one person (and up to 4 children subject to the conditions below).

Credit card details are required to secure your Pool Pass reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact Crown Perth at least 24 hours prior to your reservation or click modify/ cancel reservation in your email confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged $20 per person booked. Non-arrivals will incur a charge of $20 per person booked.
