The Bistro Guillaume team has once again curated a selection of irresistible courses that celebrate the rich, earthy elegance of WA Black Truffle, paired with the timeless charm of French bistronomy.

Begin your experience with a beautifully balanced WA Black Truffle Beef Tartare, served with crisp Pomme Paille and a touch of Dijon Mustard — a bold and refined start to your truffle journey.

For the main course, indulge in a comforting and flavourful Wagyu Beef Cheek Risotto, finished with Crème Fraîche, Rosemary Panko, Comté, and generous shavings of truffle.

To finish, enjoy a delicate Choux, filled with Honey WA Black Truffle Diplomat and drizzled with warm Chocolate Sauce.

Dishes can be enjoyed individually or savour the full menu for $110 per person.

Add freshly shaved truffle to any of your favourite dishes, for $5 per gram.
