The Bistro Guillaume team has curated a selection of irresistible courses that combine WA Black Truffle with classic French bistronomy.

For Entrée, indulge in a soft and decadent Baked Goats Cheese and Truffle Rouleau de Filo with Honey Thyme Walnuts and Frisée Salad, or a sumptuous Truffle Beef Tartare.

Delight in a main course of tender Beef Fillet with Truffle, Garlic Butter, Truffle Sarladaise, roasted Winter Vegetables, Truffle Jus and Jerusalem Artichoke chips. Or try the delectable Truffle Gnocchi with Wild Mushrooms, Garlic and Thyme Beurre Blanc with Parmesan.

The menu is complete with the intoxicatingly rich Hazelnut Dacquoise with White Chocolate Truffle Cremeux, Porcini Soil, Pear and Chardonnay Gel, Feuilletine and Valrhona Chocolate Sorbet.

Dishes can be bought individually or full menu for $145 per person.

Add freshly shaved truffle to any of your favourite dishes, for $5 per 1 gram.
