For the fromage and vin lovers, Michele Nociti Bistro Guillaume’s Sommelier & Restaurant Manager has curated a selection of French cheeses featuring Comté, Brillat-Savarin, Époisses De Bourgogne and Roquefort, complemented by a tasting of four unique wines.

The exceptional French and West Australian wine line-up includes Cuvée, Muscat, Pinot Noir and Sauternes. Sip, indulge and take in the spectacular view, and maybe learn a thing or two about wine pairing.

Vin & Fromage is available for $79 per person during opening hours and is available on the terrace only.
