Relish in a line-up of world-class Champagnes including Dom Pérignon, Krug, and Ruinart as they are impeccably paired with an exquisite French-inspired menu.
Step inside the stunning surrounds of Bistro Guillaume, where you’ll be greeted with a glass of Dom Pérignon and oysters on arrival. Then onto a five-course French menu complimented by five exceptional Champagnes.
