Begin your culinary tour through Piedmont with a classic braised Veal Girello, and a Stewed Cabbage Involtino. Moving on to a delicious course of pastas, a Hearty Beef And Chicken Filled Pasta with Gorgonzola, and the standout, fresh Tagliatelle with Butter & Premium Truffle. Settle in for Secondi with an indulgent filled Chicken Maryland, and a toasted Garlic Stewed Pork With Thyme Crostone. Lastly, indulge your sweet tooth and lavish in a traditional Hazelnut Cake with Sweet Wine Zabaione.
