Explore the rich and unique flavours of this Eastern Italian region through Modo Mio’s tailored Marche inspired four-course menu. 

Famous for its olives, enjoy a specialty of the region, stuffed Olives all’Ascolana to begin your culinary journey through Marche. Bordering the Adriatic Sea, fish is a fixture in this cuisine. Experience a taste with an entrée of Cured Red Mullet Crudo, and a delectable Monkfish, Capsicum & Green Tomato Stew to follow. For the main course, delight in a serving of Tender Braised Duck Legs, and Slow Cooked Lamp Rump. To conclude, Zuppla Inglese, a delicately soaked sponge cake paired with vanilla custard and chocolate.
