From the rich heritage of the island of Sicily, to the sophisticated wine region of Piedmont, the vibrant culture of Lombardy and authentic coastal region of Marche. Each four-course menu has been carefully curated to showcase the best flavours the region has to offer.

Chef de Cuisine, Antonino Badagliacca

Chef de Cuisine Antonino brings a vibrant and modern flair to Modo Mio. Commencing as the Senior Chef de Partie, working his way to the incredible position he now holds. Italian-born, he grew up in Oleggio, a small city in Piedmont rich in historical and artistic heritage.

Antonino has now been in Australia for a decade, moving here after hearing it referred to as ‘wonderland’. He decided to call Perth home after a series of travels and tasting the cuisines of the world. Antonino is impressed by the stunning produce that the nation has to offer and is excited to continue fusing it in with his rustic Italian cuisine.
