Rockpool’s signature beef is sourced exclusively from Australia’s finest producers and is dry-aged on premise. The three types of beef offered are representative of the best in Australia; Wagyu from David Blackmore, Cape Grim grass-fed beef and Forest Grange British White Beef. Neil Perry

One of Australia’s most influential chefs, Neil Perry opened Rockpool in February 1989, and after just six months it was voted Sydney’s best new restaurant. Over 20 years later, there are seven restaurants trading under the Rockpool banner, consistently praised by local and international critics, the longstanding reputation being due to Perry’s tireless passion for perfection.

Perry is the author of six best-selling cookbooks and heads a team of five consultants to Qantas Airways where he develops and implements menus for International First and Business Class travellers as well as Qantas' First Class and Chairman's Lounges.

Currently Perry's focus is on Rockpool Dining Group where the best available produce turned into the greatest dining experience.
