Hotel Bookings

Payment Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking. This does not constitute payment. If you wish to arrange pre-payment of your room, it must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to your stay. Villa and The Apartment bookings require full room prepayment within 7 days of arrival with no refunds, changes or cancellations permitted. Reservations over special event periods will be charged in full at the point of reservation - deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rates are tax inclusive, and a surcharge of 1.15% (subject to change) will apply to all credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies are dependent on your booking, so please refer to the details in your confirmation letter.

Concierge Purchases / Bookings

Purchases or bookings made on behalf of the guest  must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, and payment may be required prior to arrival. The guest is responsible for all purchases or bookings made on their behalf. Unless Crown is negligent, Crown excludes all liability relating to this service. 

Business Center Bookings

The credit card details provided will process all charges for the meeting requirements and any additional charges for the meeting requirements requested on the day of the meeting. If the Business Center meeting space and catering requirements are cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, 100% cancellation charges apply.

Crown Spa Bookings

All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card. To change or cancel a booking, a minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required, or the full fee will be charged. To change or cancel a booking of four or more guests, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full.

Crown collects your personal information for the purpose of facilitating payment or a guarantee of your requested Crown service. If you do not provide this information, you cannot proceed with the service. Please refer to Crown’s privacy policy here for full details including how you may access your personal information and/or complain about a privacy breach.

Ticket Purchases / Bookings

Ticket purchases or bookings made on behalf of the guest require full payment to a valid credit card prior to receiving tickets. The guest is responsible for all purchases or bookings made on their behalf. Unless Crown is negligent, Crown excludes all liability relating to this service, for loss suffered by the guest at an event or as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of an event. All tickets are non-Refundable.
