Patrons under 18 years of age are permitted at The Merrywell until 9pm and must be accompanied by their legal guardian at all times. Patrons under 18 years of age are permitted in the dining area & terrace only, however we kindly request that they stay seated.

Patrons under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Special event pricing may apply during certain periods.
We do not split bills.
Bookings are essential and subject to availability. 
Menus subject to change. 
We take note of your seating area preference, however table locations are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.
Your seats will be held for 15 minutes post your reservation booking time.

Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please refer to your confirmation SMS or email for simple adjustment options at least 12 hours prior to your reservation, or a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the card provided. For groups of 10 or more, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.

A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% applies if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). A 1.15% surcharge applies to all payments made via credit cards.

While Crown Perth will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients.
