As part of our ongoing commitment to development and strong industry partnerships, Food & Beverage employees have access to an ongoing calendar of Product Knowledge Sessions, Technical Masterclasses, Skill Development Short Courses and Leadership Coaching.
These free development opportunities offer employees a way to take charge of their own learning, allowing in the choice of a personalised selection of sessions to suit an individual’s skills, knowledge and capability during their career at Crown.
Food & Beverage Skills Pathway Program
This development pathway is linked to a Certificate III in Hospitality qualification and is undertaken as a traineeship. Eligible Front of House employees can enrol into this program to develop their skills in providing exceptional customer service whilst working in a restaurant or bar environment.
This 2 year accredited training program promotes job readiness and builds the capability of new to industry employees wishing to success further into other Food & Beverage roles in Crown.
Management Trainee Program
Crown’s Management Trainee Program offers an accelerated development pathway for a passionate, aspiring Hospitality Professional looking to build a rewarding career with our world class brand, award winning hotels and food & Beverage venues.
This 12 month program includes a customised rotation and development schedule aimed at consolidating key workplace skills, build leadership capability and offer unique industry insight through the close collaboration with key business leaders and dedicated program mentor. There are 2 pathways available – Hotels and Food Beverage.
