Home of the picturesque Lake Como, the Alps, the fashion metropolis of Milan, and many more iconic sites.

Due to its northern location, temperatures in this region are generally cooler, resulting in bolder and heartier cuisine in Lombardy compared to regions in the south. Lombardian cuisine consists heavily of meat, butter, and rice staples. Polenta is also a frequent staple in food from this region. Due the wealth of this region, the cuisine also heavily features premium items such as aged cheeses, premium meats and diverse spices.

Commence with a Buckwheat, Piave & Truffle Fritella, and a warming Saffron & Beef Stock Risotto. Delight in a secondi of Osso Bucco, and traditional Braised Pork Sausage cooked to perfection.
