Plus dine until 1 April and you’ll receive a bonus Crown Metropol pool pass redeemable for one person after you have dined, Monday to Thursday from 1 February – 29 April 2021. How to use your pool pass


HOW DO I RECEIVE A POOL PASS?
Simply enjoy the $55 Two-Course Lunch offer at Nobu, Bistro Guillaume, Modo Mio or Silks any day from Monday 18 January – Thursday 1 April , excluding Tuesday 26 January, Sunday 14 February and Monday 1 March 2021 to receive a Crown Metropol pool pass.

ON WHICH DATES CAN I USE MY POOL PASS?
Your Crown Metropol pool pass can be redeemed Monday to Thursday, from Monday 1 February – Thursday 29 April 2021, excluding Monday 1 March, and Easter school holidays from Monday 5 April – Thursday 15 April 2021.

DO I NEED TO PRE-BOOK MY POOL PASS?
Yes, bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please call 1800 556 688.
 
CAN I BOOK MY POOL PASS WHEN MAKING MY $55 TWO-COURSE LUNCH RESERVATION?
Yes you can, via phone. Please call 1800 556 688 and ask our Reservations Team to book both your Two-Course Lunch and Crown Metropol pool pass for you.
 
HOW DO I BOOK MY POOL PASS IF I BOOK MY LUNCH ONLINE?
Please call 1800 556 688 and quote your $55 Two-Course Lunch booking reference number to our Reservations Team.
 
CAN I USE MY POOL PASS BEFORE DINING FOR LUNCH?
You must dine and pay for your $55 Two-Course Lunch before receiving and being able to redeem your Crown Metropol pool pass.
 
CAN I USE MY POOL PASS ON A DAY OTHER THAN WHEN DINING FOR $55 TWO-COURSE LUNCH?
Yes, you can return on another day to use your Crown Metropol pool pass, after you have dined and paid for $55 Two-Course Lunch, provided you use your pool pass between 1 February – 29 April 2021 (exclusion dates apply, please see above). Just remember to plan ahead and make a booking to use your Crown Metropol pool pass on 1800 556 688.
 
DO I NEED TO BRING MY POOL PASS WITH ME ON THE DAY OF MY POOL PASS BOOKING?
Yes, you will only be granted access to the Crown Metropol pool upon presentation of your Crown Metropol pool pass which you will receive after you have dined and paid for the $55 Two Course Lunch.
 
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED ACCESS WITH A POOL PASS?
One Crown Metropol pool pass allows access for one person (and up to 4 children subject to the conditions below).
 
CAN I BRING MY CHILD WITH ME?
Yes, Crown Metropol pool pass holders are welcome to bring their children, to a maximum of 4 children per adult. Children 0 – 12 months are complimentary, 1 – 12 years are $25 per child, payable on entry. Children 13 years and older are only permitted with their own Crown Metropol pool pass obtained from the purchase of a $55 Two-Course Lunch.
