Start the evening overlooking a Parisian-inspired terrace in The Crown Express located in the Crown Metropol Lobby for pre-dinner drinks and canapés.
Then experience the WA treasure that is Black Truffle, handpicked from Stonebarn Trufflerie in Manjimup. Guillaume will showcase his spectacular five course menu, infusing classic French flavour and techniques with this stunning seasonal produce.
