Meet the chef
Chef De Cuisine, Jamie Jenner
Early in his career, Jamie impressed his Chef de Cuisine with his dedication and was certified in less than two years. To progress his career, he moved to Perth and began working at Empire for four years, then Ultimo Catering to look after famous artists.
Eventually Jamie decided to embark on a culinary exploration of America and Canada. From the street style hot dogs of Los Angeles to the delicious pastries in New York, Jamie ticked off his bucket list of food must-try’s inspired Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
Now, Jamie has returned to Perth with a wealth of knowledge for his role as Chef De Cuisine at The Merrywell.

The Merrywell has the space for any kind of party, whether you are after a big bash, or a sit down dinner with a large group of friends. Bookings are required for 10 or more guests.

Patrons under 18 years of age are permitted at The Merrywell until 9pm and must be accompanied by their legal guardian at all times. Patrons under 18 years of age are permitted in the dining area & terrace only, however we kindly request that they stay seated.
A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays.
A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% applies if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday).
A 1.15% surcharge applies to all payments made via credit cards.
