Meet the chef

Guillaume Brahimi, Head Chef

One of Australia’s most popular chefs, Guillaume Brahimi realised his passion for cooking at an early age. As a young man he trained at three-star Michelin restaurants La Tour D'argent and Jamin’ in Paris, before moving to Australia.

Having received many awards and accolades for his Pond and Quay restaurants, Guillaume opened his highly acclaimed restaurant, Guillaume at Bennelong in Sydney in 2001. The restaurant currently holds two Chef Hats in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide, with a rating of 17/20 and also holds a 3-star rating in the Gourmet Traveller’s Restaurant Guide.

Today, you can enjoy Guillaume’s creations at a host of restaurants in Sydney, Melbourne and at Bistro Guillaume in Perth.
