The World Luxury Hotel Awards are the pinnacle of achievement for Luxury Hotels and Spas worldwide, and the awards were established as a celebration of ultimate achievement in service excellence to set the benchmark for luxury hotels and spas on a global scale.

Crown Perth Chief Operating Officer – Hotels and Entertainment Andrew Hill said that Crown Metropol Perth was honoured to be recognised at this esteemed awards ceremony.

“Crown Metropol Perth is incredibly proud to be recognised at the World Luxury Hotel Awards and this is an outstanding achievement for the team. Crown Metropol Perth underwent an extensive multi-million dollar refurbishment which reached completion in 2012, presenting a modernised five-star luxury property to the marketplace.

The aim of the refurbishment was to redefine the hotel resort experience in Western Australia, and the project involved the complete redesign of all guest rooms and floor foyers, reception, pool area and day spa.
