A LUNAR NEW YEAR CELEBRATION TO REMEMBER AWAITS AT CROWN PERTH - 31 January 2016
Crown Perth will burst with colour and excitement in a spectacular celebration of Lunar New Year from Monday, 1 to Sunday, 28 February. With incredible entertainment, fireworks, delicious Asian-inspired menus, a 7.5 metre crystal Wishing Tree and so much more, there’s no better place to welcome in the Year of the Monkey!

The celebrations begin at Silks with a signature banquet designed by the Master of Cantonese cuisine, Head Chef Pat Cheong. Boasting an exquisite selection of the finest Chinese delicacies including Twice Roasted Crispy Pork Belly and Roasted Duck with Lychee Jelly, this special menu is available from Monday, 8 to Saturday, 13 February, and if you dine with five or more guests, you’ll receive a complimentary bottle of Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz.*
At Atrium, diners will be spoilt for choice with an extended Asian menu available until Sunday, 28 February. Featuring mouth-watering dishes like Five-Spice Eggplant with Asian Greens and Hong Kong-Style Fried Crab, along with delicious dim sum, mouth-watering seafood, and delectable desserts, Perth’s finest buffet is sure to leave the whole family feeling satisfied.
To bring good luck for the New Year, guests are invited to take part in a traditional ‘Prosperity Toss’ held outside Silks twice daily at 12pm and 6pm from Friday, 12 to Sunday, 14 February. Vibrant lion dances will also leave a trail of good fortune as they make their way around the resort each night from 7pm between Monday, 8 and Monday, 22 February.
Hong Kong singing sensation Shila Amzah will perform an exclusive Lunar New Year concert at Crown Perth's Astral Ballroom as part of her Colorful World Tour on Friday, 12 February, and don’t miss a stunning fireworks display on Saturday, 13 February at 9.45pm!
