Crown Perth appreciates and understands the problems associated with excessive gambling and offers Player Activity Statements, Play Safe Limits, Self-Exclusion Program, and a Third Party Application process.
Player Activity Statements
Crown Rewards members who play EGMs and FATGs can request to have Player Activity Statements (PAS) printed at any time. PAS provide information on each member’s EGM or FATG play, including all wins and losses for the period of the statement. Simply insert your Crown Rewards card into a VIK machine, enter your pin and press: Player Activity Statement or visit the Crown Rewards desk. Play Safe Limits
Stay in control and still have fun while playing the games at Crown Perth. To help you maintain control you have the option to:
- Set an amount you want to spend on any given day
- Set a time limit for your visit
- Be notified when you have reached your limit

Crown encourages and supports customers who play EGMs and FATGs to set individual time and spend limits by having staff available to provide information regarding Play Safe Limits at the Crown Rewards desk or the RGIC. Crown cannot advise members on the quantum of their personal time and spend limits. Play Safe Limits brochures are available throughout the Casino and on request. Individuals can sign a voluntary agreement to not enter the gaming areas of the Casino and Crown Perth agrees to take reasonable steps to help the person not enter the Casino. The agreement is permanent; however, after a period of 12 months the customer can apply to revoke the agreement. The self exclusion program is maintained, promoted and enforced by the Responsible Gambling Team. While excluded, the customer may still use other facilities around the complex that are not located in the gaming areas.

Third Party Exclusion
- Visit the RGIC at Riverside Entry at the base of the escalators
- Contact the Responsible Gambling Team on 1800 801 098 or email email@example.com
- Approach a staff member at the Security Podium in the Casino or at the front entry to the Casino and ask them to contact the RSG Team
Crown understands that sometimes individuals are in denial of their gambling problem or unwilling to access help for themselves. For this reason, Crown Perth has a Third Party exclusion process available for family members or friends that are concerned about a loved one’s gambling. This application process enables family or friends to submit information outlining their concerns to Crown Perth’s RSG Team. If submitting a Third Party Application you are also required to submit a Statutory declaration outlining that the information you are providing is true and accurate.
