Relax in the sophisticated open-plan dining area and watch one of Australia’s finest restaurant teams at work in the open kitchen, with its trademark wood-fired grill. Just beyond you’ll catch a glimpse of the remarkable wine cellar featuring the best wines from Australia and abroad.

Rockpool’s signature beef is sourced exclusively from Australia’s finest producers and is dry-aged on premise. The three types of beef offered are representative of the best in Australia; Wagyu from Victoria, Tasmanian grass fed cattle, and Rangers Valley grain fed cattle.

From the bar you can peruse an extensive list of cocktails and wines by the glass whilst exploring the dedicated bar menu, conveniently available late into the night.
